If you require a Letter of Invitation to CIC Global 2025 to secure a travel Visa for entry into the United States, please select "Yes" to the Letter Needed for Visa" question below and fill out the following fields of information. Please note that the Embassy City and Embassy Country should reflect the local U.S. Embassy or Consulate to which you will submit your letter of invitation. A letter will be generated and sent to you via email. It will be your responsibility to obtain a VISA to travel to Cadence Innovation Conference 2025.

Air Travel
All air travel to CIC Global 2025 must be booked through our dedicated CIC Global Travel Team. After you complete the CIC registration form, the travel team will email you within 5 business days for booking. You will have 24 hours to review and approve the itinerary through email; otherwise, the flights are automatically ticketed and no changes will be permitted after ticketing This is a new process for CIC Global 2025. Do not contact CWT or your local travel agency for any CIC flight arrangements as they are not affiliated with CIC Global Travel Team. CIC will only cover the costs of flights booked through the CIC Global Travel Team unless an exception has been approved by Yoon Kim. If you need to book air travel but cannot use the CIC Global Travel Team, email cic-logistics@cadence.com for an exception request (include a short description of your situation).

Note: Due to the increased security precautions, the name on your airline tickets must match exactly as it appears on the document you will use during your travels. Under the Travel Security Administration's (TSA's) Secure Flight Program, airlines must collect personal data such as full legal name (including middle name), birth date and gender for every traveler. You are being asked to provide this information so that we can add it to your Passenger Name Record (PNR). A block of rooms has been reserved for CIC Global 2025 attendees and will be booked by CIC Global Travel Team. Program arrival and departure dates are Monday, June 16, 2025 and Thursday, June 19, 2025 respectively. Any requests for pre/post extensions at the Encore Las Vegas will be reviewed by CIC Global Travel team. Availability is limited and based on approval.
Pre/Post Extension
Your reservation at the Encore will begin on June 16 and end on June 19 for CIC. For international travelers, we understand that some of flights may not arrive in Las Vegas before 4:00pm. If you are requesting different travel dates, you must get approval from your manager and forward it to cic-logistics@cadence.com . Arriving on the June 15 is not covered by CIC unless there are flight timing restrictions. If you wish to arrive on June 15, you will need to book your hotel and pay for the night of June 15. Additionally if the flight arriving on June 15 is more expensive than arriving on the June 16, the cost difference will be charged to your personal credit card.
If you are making a stop to San Jose before/after CIC for business reason, you will need to get an approval from your EMT-1 and forward it to cic-logistics@cadence.com
